Triple J was contracted to raise this particular parcel of land by 3-5 meters by bringing in structural fill to be placed and packed to specific densities. This was done in order to facilitate a permanent structure to be built onsite in the future. By following a specific engineered plan and working closely with the Sumas first nation the site was preloaded using 3 inch minus and is awaiting further development by the owners.
